Simon Watson, senior instructor at The Longfei Taijiquan Association of Great Britain, has produced this excellent DVD illustrating the basic postures and movements behind the Taiji forms. For students who travel often this is a useful item as you can still practice your Taiji basics if you have a space 2 meters square.
